Liability. Simply stated, we need to help salvage, maintain, reshape and remarket what is expected to be an enormous pool of troubled real estate assets. Through Passion, Education and Trust, we provide accountability, and credibility.
Community Involvement: Through Team Work, we help the Local Communities and Non-Profit organizations in the Valley. We make donations to Homeless Shelters, YMCA and Boys & Girls Club. We have diversified to belong to the Association of Hispanic and Asian Realtors, Women Business owners, and American-Italian Club.
Evolving Experience: We have worked the Bank Owned Market for years evolving from Sales Management, Property Management and Investor Relations. My business model is centered around full service for REO and Bank Owned listings, sales along with regular Real Estate transactions. We will take listings from Short Sales, post foreclosure evaluations such as BPO’s and recommended repairs to facilitate the quickest sale.
Financial Resources: We have the financial resources to maintain an unlimited quantity of homes, including monthly utilities, repairs, maintenance, re-key and repairs. Billing is performed to your specifications.
Team Concept: The entire staff, including 6 licensed Realtors with administrative support, work together as a team in all aspects of the business. This system allows us to provide better, more complete and prompt services to our REO clients.
Marketing Plan: We focus on buyers and selling our inventory quickly, by properly grooming the condition of the properties in our charge. We heavily Direct Market Neighborhoods, and advertise for buyers through many websites we own and maintain. Marketing Strategy starts with a prelisting promotion and includes weekly advertising and drive-bys until sold. We educate buyers on financial programs. Two staff members have professional advertising and marketing degrees.
